Job summary

Mixpanel, the leading product intelligence and analytics platform, seeks a relationship-first CS leader to own adoption, value, and AI maturity across a portfolio of high-value accounts from onboarding through renewal. You will build executive relationships and translate business outcomes into measurable value.

You’ll lead enablement sessions, monitor usage, drive adoption, and coordinate with GTM, Product, and Engineering. Experience with B2B SaaS, ROI storytelling, and AI tooling is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or related field supporting complex B2B SaaS accounts.
• Ability to influence decisions at the C-suite level across functions.
• Translate technical concepts into business terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving platform adoption and ROI.
• Hands-on experience with AI-native tooling beyond casual use.

Responsibilities

• Connect Mixpanel to customer value and own the value workstream.
• Build and own relationships across business and technical stakeholders, including executive sponsors.
• Develop and execute success plans mapping business objectives to adoption milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor product usage and health signals; lead regular business reviews to surface insights and deepen adoption.
• Drive customer adoption and identify new usage pockets within the organization.
• Lead customer enablement sessions on dashboard design, funnel analysis, and retention modeling.
• Triage customer product requests and issues; escalate as appropriate.
• Own the AI conversation by assessing AI maturity and leveraging Mixpanel AI tools.
