Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a relationship-first advisor to own adoption, value, and AI maturity for a portfolio of high-value accounts. You’ll manage from onboarding through lifecycle, tying Mixpanel investments to real business outcomes and building executive-level strategic plans.

You will lead enablement sessions, monitor usage signals, drive adoption, and translate product capabilities into ROI-focused recommendations while collaborating with AE, product, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, management consulting, or related field supporting complex B2B SaaS accounts.
• Track record of managing relationships at executive to IC levels and influencing decisions at C-suite.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience driving platform adoption and linking usage to business outcomes.
• Experience building and executing strategic value and adoption plans with ROI emphasis.
• Hands-on experience with agentic or AI-native tooling (MCP-based workflows, LLM copilots).

Responsibilities

• Connect Mixpanel value to customer ROI by understanding business challenges and aligning success plans.
• Build and own relationships across business and technical stakeholders, including executive sponsors.
• Develop and execute adoption milestones and measurable outcomes tied to customer objectives.
• Continuously discover business priorities and synthesize them into actions for success plans.
• Coordinate with AE and renewal team to support expansion and renewal with value evidence.
