The role focuses on operational excellence, people management, and process optimization in a hands-on leadership position.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, KPI tracking, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to drive service improvements, upselling, and revenue opportunities through service channels.

• Strong planning, multitasking, and communication skills.

• Lead UK & Ireland, France, BENELUX customer support teams.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and resource planning.
