Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute strategic and financial objectives for the EMEA Rates business.
• Partner with Rates Trading and Sales teams to drive the front office agenda.
• Identify and support opportunities to grow the business and client revenues.
• Collaborate with technology to advance the electronic trading agenda and resolve business challenges.
• Influence solutions to market structure changes and drive related initiatives.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis.
• Prepare and communicate business strategy, performance, and priorities to senior management.
• Assist in planning revenues, headcount, expenses, and investment initiatives.
• Oversee business efficiency and controls, including budget tracking and cost management.
• Partner with Financial Controllers to develop financial reporting and key MIS.
• Act as a liaison between Front Office and support groups to manage operations and implement initiatives.
