Job summary

J.P. Morgan seeks a Cross Currency Solutions Sales Vice President to drive FX product solutions for key client relationships in the EMEA region.

You will partner with Sales, Banking and Markets to grow cross-currency payments revenue, develop client pipelines, and tailor propositions for complex needs. You will act as the voice of the customer, configuring solutions with Product teams and delivering preposition expertise across a defined product set.

Qualifications

• BA or BS from a top-tier program or equivalent.
• Excellent product-oriented sales experience and acumen with excellent client facing skills.
• Able to work under direct portfolio growth targets, in a competitive environment.
• Able to demonstrate the relevant level of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products.
• Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis.
• Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems.
• Demonstrable prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
• Demonstrable Foreign Exchange (FX) sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy for growing the cross-currency payments P&L in EMEA to meet P&L and new business targets
• Collaborate with Sales, Banking, and Markets partners in the region to develop client pipelines, account plans, product-market fit and marketing collateral
• Manage the pipeline effectively, including target list development, execution from pre-sales to mandate acquisition, deal closure, and reporting to senior management
• Develop compelling segment specific value propositions and proposals that will also drive marketing efforts
• Lead solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients' needs and objectives
• Serve as a subject matter expert on cross-currency preposition in JP Morgan on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients' needs and current FX and payments industry trends
• Coordinate with Cross Currency Product & Solutions teams in other regions to address global client needs and adoption of best practices across regions
