Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering creator/influencer programmes for major brands.
• Strong track record advising senior stakeholders and translating challenges into actionable recommendations.
• Knowledge of governance, pricing models and performance measurement in creator marketing.
• Understanding regulatory considerations for creator partnerships across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Act as the EMEA subject matter expert for creator and influencer marketing, supporting consultancy projects for major international brands.
• Advise clients on creator marketing strategy, commercial models, production processes, governance and operational best practice.
• Help brands establish clearer frameworks and standards for managing creator relationships, partnerships and investment.
• Assess existing creator marketing operations, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency, accountability and ROI.
• Apply established global governance frameworks to creator marketing programmes, adapting recommendations to different markets across EMEA.
• Provide guidance on regional regulations, market dynamics and evolving industry practices.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Managing Director and international team to grow and deliver this consultancy offering.
