Job summary

Nomura is seeking a qualified professional for the EMEA Cost Management Analytics (CMA) team within the Finance department. This role focuses on managing the monthly Global Investment Spend, delivering insightful data analyses, and supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles.

You will act as a business partner to the transformation office and other stakeholders across the firm, driving improvements in reporting processes and cost governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to partner with business and deliver insights to senior management.
• Strong data interpretation skills and ability to explain drivers of budgets and variances.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly Global Investment Spend and related MI schedules.
• Partner with transformation office and stakeholders to provide analytical insights.
• Support the budgeting and forecast cycle across regions.
• Create governance packs, respond to data queries, and drive process improvements.
• Identify cost drivers and provide clear recommendations to senior leadership.
