EMEA Cost Management Leader - Data Centers

Job summary

Ada Infrastructure is expanding its EMEA Cost Management team with a Senior Manager to support new and existing projects in the cost management function. This role reports to the Cost Manager, EMEA, and collaborates with delivery teams and external consultants to develop cost roadmaps and ensure competitive pricing.

The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field, 5+ years in mission critical data centre construction, and strong contract knowledge. Travel across jurisdictions is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mission critical data centre construction.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, JCT).
• Willingness to travel 35–50% and oversee multiple projects across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates during concept, design and pre-construction phases.
• Develop cost plans, budgets and forecasts for all project stages.
• Analyse drawings, specifications and project documents to determine material, labour and equipment costs.
• Manage tender processes, including bid documentation and contractor proposals.
• Monitor cost performance and identify variances with mitigation strategies.
