Job summary

FOX Entertainment Global is FOX Entertainment's centralized content sales division, providing access to its diverse production pipeline and owned programming across broadcast, streaming, and digital platforms. FOX Entertainment Global seeks an Assistant, Content Sales - EMEA to support the sales team, manage accounts, and handle administrative duties.

The role reports to the (S)VP, Content Sales EMEA and collaborates with Strategy, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day account management and prepare sales materials (presentations, ratings reports, etc.).
Assist with marketing and events.
Analyze territories and gather market research.
Manage sales tracking, input client and deal information, and generate regular sales reports.
Address and troubleshoot clients' queries promptly.
Language version tracking and report preparation.
Support the London-based department with pre-sales and post-sales processes, business development initiatives, coordination of meetings and events with clients.
Provide email/call support as needed and be the first screen/main contact for incoming business requests.
Post-market follow-ups, including screening materials and marketing information.
Keep an accurate record of content feedback in internal systems for stakeholders and producers' reports.
Liaise with internal departments to track availability of foreign language versions for FOX content.
