Global travel platform in Central London seeks an experienced EMEA Experiences Business Operations Manager to drive onboarding and execution for high-profile experiences with global hosts, talent and partners.

This role requires meticulous operational delivery, balancing multiple stakeholders, and maintaining a high quality service standard in a fast-moving environment. A 40-hour week, PAYE hourly rate, and a temporary contract support project timelines.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of operations management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build, review and maintain accurate, high-quality experience listing pages.
• Support guest selection, vetting, communications and logistics.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners and vendors.
• Keep stakeholders aligned on timelines, actions and deliverables.
• Work with engineering to identify tooling requirements and ops gaps.
• Support system testing and advocate fixes and improvements.
• Analyze performance and impact of experiences.
• Identify and resolve operational issues with urgency.
