Job summary

FM is seeking an experienced Strategic Communications Lead for the EMEA region to drive external communications, media relations, thought leadership, and executive storytelling across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

You will partner with regional leaders, marketing, and agencies to deliver earned media strategies, secure interviews, and elevate FM’s reputation in a dynamic, global market. The role requires independence, proactive mindset, and occasional international travel.

Qualifications

Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
Minimum 9 years of PR/marketing experience in corporate or agency settings.
Experience translating technical topics for Tier 1 media.
Proven track record with Tier 1 journalists and media.
Experience working with global, distributed teams.
Fluent in English; German or French a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute external communications programs aligned to business objectives in EMEA.
Lead media relations programs and proactive outreach to boost FM's visibility.
Collaborate with executives and SMEs on thought leadership and content.
Oversee agency partners and internal content creation.
Travel as needed and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
