Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or communications leadership.
• Experience leading multi-country or global marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing, brand and reputation.
• Proven ability to develop branded national campaigns and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated marketing plans for Encore EMEA across multiple countries.
• Drive demand generation and lead nurturing to grow the sales pipeline.
• Oversee content strategy, thought leadership and executive communications.
• Lead internal and external communications and media relations.
• Measure marketing impact and manage budgets.
