Job summary

Tradeweb is seeking an entry-level member for its European Client Relations Team in London or Amsterdam. You will support onboarding, client education on the platform, and post-trade workflows while learning financial markets and electronic trading.

You will work closely with Sales and other teams to deliver white-glove service, handle client inquiries, and participate in training for new joiners. This role offers growth in a fintech environment and regular market hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; German fluency is preferred for client-facing work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-presssure environment; meets deadlines.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Comfort with technology and data management basics.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and set up user profiles and access levels.
• Assist with billing and regulatory configuration across regions.
• Troubleshoot daily usage inquiries for clients.
• Coordinate with client back and middle offices for post-trade setup.
• Join client calls to discuss workflows and expectations.
• Monitor chats, emails or phone for inquiries and resolve them.
