Job summary

Unity is seeking a Manager, Client Partnerships to lead a team of Client Partners supporting clients across Western Europe. You will coach team members, help shape account strategy, and drive sustained growth while ensuring a high-quality client experience across Unity’s solutions.

You will oversee strategic accounts, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and champion revenue opportunities. Fluent English is essential; additional European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in mobile gaming, AdTech, or digital advertising with growth and monetisation experience.
• Proven ability to translate client needs into product and commercial opportunities.
• Strong leadership with coaching and development capabilities for a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Partners to grow client relationships and hit account goals.
• Oversee a portfolio of strategic clients focused on revenue growth, retention, expansion, and long-term success.
• Collaborate on account strategy, growth opportunities, and upsell/cross-sell across Unity's solutions.
• Maintain operating mechanisms: planning, forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking.
• Serve as escalation point to remove roadblocks and ensure timely resolutions with internal teams.
