You will coach team members, shape account strategy, and partner closely with leadership to elevate client partnerships. Strong people leadership and English fluency are essential for success in this international role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in mobile gaming, AdTech, or digital advertising.
• Proven ability to connect client needs with product value and commercial opportunities.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Partners to grow client relationships and hit account goals.
• Oversee a portfolio of strategic clients focused on revenue growth, retention, and expansion.
• Collaborate on account strategy and opportunities for upsell/cross-sell across Unity's solutions.
• Build and maintain operating mechanisms: account planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Serve as escalation point to resolve client issues with internal teams.
• Support onboarding, development, and performance across the team.
