Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks an EMEA Client Onboarding Management Associate to oversee end-to-end onboarding of institutional client mandates.

You will coordinate with global teams to ensure onboarding is executed smoothly, managing timelines, milestones and client expectations. The role requires strong project management, client service and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and design improved operating models.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients, both verbally and in writing.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Project Management experience to manage initiatives end to end.
• Solid level of financial product knowledge including Equity, Fixed Income, Currency, Derivatives and Funds.
• Trade flow knowledge from event inception to settlement.
• Understanding of Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and Custody.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manages new account onboarding for Institutional Client mandates and lifecycle events.
• Acts as the point of contact with the Client during the onboarding timeline and leads end-to-end engagement.
• Leads internal and client meetings to ensure events are scoped, managed, and delivered on time.
• Maintains event documentation and project plans.
• Collaborates across internal teams and supports control and process improvement initiatives.
• Provides risk awareness and status reporting to stakeholders.
• Supports best practice standards across global onboarding teams.
