Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions seeks an experienced Change Manager to lead transformational change initiatives across the EMEA region on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You will drive organisational alignment and ensure successful adoption of strategic programmes with strong stakeholder management and a visionary change leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management within multi-country environments.
• ADKAR or equivalent frameworks knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influence skills.
• Strong communication and senior leadership presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in programme and project management principles.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and roadmaps.
• People management and coaching capability.
• EMEA regional knowledge and multi-country coordination.
• Organised management of complex workstreams.
• Experience leading large-scale organisational transformations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies across the EMEA region.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, identify influencers, and manage resistance.
• Design and deliver change communications and training across countries.
• Conduct change impact assessments and create transition plans.
• Coach project teams and leaders on best practices across HR, IT, ops and leadership.
• Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies based on feedback.
• Provide executive reporting on progress, risks and mitigations.
