Flutter Entertainment is recruiting a skilled Organisation and People Change Manager to lead the final year of our global finance transformation. This 9 month fixed term contract focuses on delivering change activities to prepare our people and business units to adopt the programme successfully.

You will design and deliver a comprehensive change management strategy, lead training plans, manage risks, and collaborate with the Org & People Change Lead to ensure readiness across workstreams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale change across global organisations.
• Familiar with Prosci/ADKAR methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to design and deliver training aligned to project timelines.
• Experience with org design and people-related transformation.
• Professional change management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive change management strategy including stakeholder engagement and adoption.
• Lead training and knowledge transfer plans for multiple workstreams.
• Design training programmes aligned to project timelines and business capacity.
• Support impact assessments for role changes, org design and operating model.
• Identify and mitigate resistance to foster a positive change environment.
• Track change activities and monitor adoption; report risks and issues.
