Job summary

VaynerMedia in London seeks a Manager of CAIT to lead creators, affiliates, influencers, and talent for the EMEA region (UK & DE). You will source diverse talent, manage campaigns, and integrate CAIT into AIM and PAC workflows to drive production excellence.

Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is required to deliver high-impact, on-brand assets. You’ll work closely with Client Partnerships, Strategy, and Creative leadership to cast and optimize campaigns, while maintaining cost

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in social media, creative advertising, brand projects or talent management.
• Creative/Operator hybrid with both creative taste and operational skills.
• You are comfortable in client meetings, articulating business value of creators.
• Empathy for practitioners and understanding content friction points.
• Social-first mindset aligned with Vayner standard of excellence.
• Ownership and accountability; constructive feedback and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration: translate brand concepts into CAIT casting strategies and campaigns.
• Campaign management: pitch CAIT-led concepts with Creative to drive results.
• Quality Control: ensure assets are creatively effective and commercially safe.
• Team player: contribute to CAIT team energy; manage busy periods autonomously.
• Pipeline Management: oversee operations, contracts, payments, and timelines.
• Margin & Efficiency: optimise workflows to deliver high-volume assets with healthy margins.
