Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or billing within a corporate environment.
• Experience with EMEA-based clients (Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Belgium preferred).
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for managing and quality checking all transactions posted to the EMEA sales ledger.
• Develop strong customer relationships to ensure positive cash flow and proper documentation.
• Chase and obtain prompt payment of invoices.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries with sales and support partners.
• Participate in regular ledger reviews and issue resolution.
• Setup and maintenance of customer accounts when required.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure terms before trading.
• Prepare journals and issue credit notes when needed.
• Meet monthly cash collection targets.
