Job summary

OpenAI is hiring a Fixed-term FTC B2B Influencer Marketing Lead, EMEA, based in London. You will own strategy and hands-on delivery across UK, France, and Germany, building local creator networks and coordinating with in-market teams to scale influencer programmes for developers, KW, and BDM audiences.

You will establish an operating model, manage agencies, and work with paid amplification to drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in influencer marketing or related roles.
• Experience building B2B influencer programmes for Europe.
• Strong ability to manage agencies, briefs, negotiations, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA B2B influencer strategy across KW, BDM, and developer audiences.
• Develop creator networks and market-relevant programmes for UK, France, and Germany.
• Lead outreach, negotiations, contracts, and ongoing relationship management.
• Partner with agencies for paid amplification and measurement across markets.
• Define goals and a measurement framework linking creator activity to business outcomes.
