Job summary

Match Group in London is seeking a hands-on Workplace & Technical Operations Generalist to support AV/event production and act as EMEA's remote hands for on-site troubleshooting. Travel to Dublin, Paris, and other offices is core to the role, with responsibilities spanning meeting rooms, network closets, and building tech touchpoints.

The role requires curiosity about technology, quick tool adoption, and the ability to work independently, often without close oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in event production, AV, or hands-on technical field work.
• Ability to travel autonomously across EMEA and work independently.
• Fluent English; French or German a plus given travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on AV setup, teardown, and live support for events across London and other EMEA offices.
• Coordinate production vendors for regional events and maintain equipment and conferencing systems.
• Offer on-site and remote technical support for meeting rooms and building tech touchpoints.
• Assist with budget tracking for AV and workplace tech expenses and support small office moves.
