Job summary

Match Group is seeking a hands-on Workplace & Technical Operations Generalist in London. The role focuses on AV setup, event support, and on-site technical troubleshooting across London and other EMEA offices, with regular travel to Paris, Dublin, and beyond.

The ideal candidate has about 5 years of hands-on experience in event production or technical facilities, enjoys learning new tools, and communicates effectively in English.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in event production, AV, or hands-on technical field work.
• Fluency in English is required; French or German skills are a plus for cross-office collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on AV setup, teardown, and live support for all-hands, offsites, and internal events across London and other EMEA offices.
• Coordinate production vendors for events (staging, sound, lighting, streaming).
• Maintain and troubleshoot AV equipment and conferencing systems across EMEA offices; learn new tools as needed.
