Encore Global in the United Kingdom seeks an AV Operations Manager to lead event delivery and on-site setup, from small meetings to large-scale productions. You will coordinate with hotel teams, rig/derig equipment, and ensure client satisfaction while driving revenue opportunities across events.

The role emphasizes strong AV experience, customer service, and proactive client engagement to develop solutions and maintain exceptional standards during live events.

Qualifications

• Experience in AV / live events and showing ability to manage event delivery.
• Experience in the hospitality/service industry.
• Experience in educational or event environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as main client contact to ensure requirements are met.
• Prepare, rig and de-rig equipment on-site with technicians.
• Advance client discussions to identify needs and sell services.
• Develop standard set designs/visuals to help clients visualise options.
• Upsell production services to maximise revenue across events.
• Contribute to sales forecasting and lead generation for events.
• Maintain budget awareness and manage in-house vs outsourced services.
• Collaborate with hotel and London teams on sales literature and promotions.
• Attend weekly meetings to align on timelines and deliverables.
• Foster internal relationships to support client outcomes.
• Coordinate equipment movements and turnover reporting with the London office.
