Job summary

Black Duck Software, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Professional Services – EMEA to lead a geographically distributed team of Implementation Consultants, shaping delivery strategy and ensuring measurable value for customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Account Managers, Product and Engineering to scale services, drive onboarding and adoption, and deliver high-quality outcomes while maintaining executive relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing Professional Services, Consulting, Customer Success, or related teams.
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple countries.
• Experience managing services delivery operations, resource planning, forecasting, and capacity management.
• Demonstrated success building high‑performing teams.
• Strong business acumen and operational management skills.
• Experience in cybersecurity, application security, DevSecOps, or enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA Services Team and develop talent.
• Drive on-time delivery of implementation, onboarding, and adoption services.
• Ensure consistent delivery methodologies and customer experience.
• Engage with strategic customers and executive stakeholders.
• Act as escalation point for delivery challenges.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive customer success and growth.
• Lead operational management including resource planning and capacity.
