Job summary

Black Duck seeks a Senior Manager, Professional Services – EMEA to lead a geographically distributed team and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to deliver secure software services. Qualifications

• Proven leadership of Professional Services, Consulting, Customer Success, or related teams.
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple countries and cultures.
• Strong customer-facing experience with executive stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing services delivery operations, resource planning, forecasting, and capacity.
• Demonstrated success in building and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen and operational management skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
• Experience in cybersecurity, application security, DevSecOps, SaaS, or enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing EMEA Implementation Consultants team.
• Ensure customers realize measurable value from Black Duck investments.
• Oversee delivery of onboarding, advisory, and adoption services.
• Establish scalable delivery standards and improve performance metrics.
