Job summary

Optro, London, UK, is seeking an Alliance Solutions Manager (EMEA) for a hybrid role with at least one day in the office per week. You will become a product expert and collaborate with Alliance Directors and Account Executives to drive partner engagement across SOX, internal audit, and IT risk.

This role requires leading partner demonstrations, training, and cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, CAS, Marketing, Sales and Legal to expand Optro’s footprint. Travel 30–40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with SOX compliance and internal audit methodology is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication of complex concepts.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% for onsite partner engagements.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• evangelize Optro’s value to partners and drive collaboration.
• Lead demonstrations and training of the Optro suite for partner GTM plans.
• Maintain partner mapping, penetration metrics, and competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, CAS, Marketing, Sales and Legal to support partners.
• Attend networking events and conferences to generate new business opportunities.
