Lenovo Solutions & Services Group (SSG) is seeking a Transition Delivery Manager to lead customer transitions and complex service implementations across the EMEA region from Farnborough, UK. You will drive delivery excellence, oversee a portfolio of strategic projects, and lead a high-performing team while championing AI-native ways of working.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT services, managed services, or outsourcing environments with customer transitions and complex delivery.
• Proven people leadership in distributed, matrixed organizations.
• Expert program and project management across multi-workstream initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
• Experience using AI-native tools and governance in delivery contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transition programs across the regional portfolio, on time and within budget.
• Act as the program lead for strategic, high-profile implementations with governance oversight.
• Own transition governance, stage-gate controls, and handover to account and service teams.
• Manage escalations, diagnose root causes, and improve methodologies.
• Optimize regional resource planning and data-driven leadership updates.
