Job summary

Omnicom Media is seeking an Executive Director, Addressable Investment Lead, EMEA Hub, to guide the evolution of a shared services model across EMEA. Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in digital media, addressable investment, activation, or programmatic environments.
• Proven success leading shared services, operational teams, or multi-market delivery functions.
• Deep understanding of ad tech, platform operations, governance, and addressable media ecosystems.
• Experience creating and implementing scalable operating models and quality frameworks.
• Strong commercial acumen balancing operational excellence with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA Hub service model for addressable media activation across multiple markets.
• Develop scalable workflows, processes, service standards, and operating frameworks.
• Drive excellence across campaign delivery, QA, governance, reporting, and operational performance.
• Partner with market and regional leaders to determine the delivery model across hub, local, and offshore teams.
• Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimisation to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Provide visibility and insights to shape future operating models, service enhancements, and growth opportunities.
• Strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders, technology partners, and delivery teams across the region.
