Job summary

Sibylline Ltd is seeking an experienced Security Team Lead for an embedded role with a tech client in London. You will oversee a small team of embedded security analysts, shaping intelligence products to protect people, assets, and data, with a focus on AI trends and emerging threats.

You will engage with clients and stakeholders, manage performance, and drive initiatives to enhance the intelligence function. Occasional out-of-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• Experience leading security/intelligence teams
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality intelligence products
• Excellent written and spoken English with attention to detail
• Experience with AI trends and geopolitics is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small embedded security team
• Define intelligence priorities with stakeholders
• Deliver timely, credible intelligence products and briefings
• Develop team expertise on AI trends and threats
• Oversee incident monitoring and triage processes
• Collaborate with client and other leaders to improve assessments
