We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join us in an embedded role within a professional services client’s security team. In this role, you will be responsible for directing a global team of GSOC and regionally focused analysts as part of a tight-knit operation providing actionable intelligence and advice to decision makers. You will be responsible for both the 24/7 and intelligence analysis components of the GSOC, supported by a GSOC Supervisor who will predominantly focus on delivering the 24/7 monitoring component of the team. The team as a whole is responsible for horizon scanning, assessing the trajectory of global security incidents, identifying impacts to the client’s business, and incident response.

You will be the main point of contact for the Client lead and the conduit to Sibylline’s Embedded Operations team. You will proactively engage with the client and stakeholders on intelligence needs and priorities, and help to scope the output and strategic deliverables of the team, as well as developing, refining, and delivering analytical products to a consistent high standard. You will act as line manager for the embedded team, supporting each analyst on training, performance management and continuous improvement.

This is a hybrid role working Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm, with at least three days a week based at the client’s London office. There may be an occasional need to work out-of-hours during emergencies and time-sensitive matters.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility for the intelligence output of the GSOC and regional analysts, including maintaining 24/7 coverage.
  • Support the team’s delivery and continuous improvement of a global threat monitoring function through intelligence output.
  • Quickly build strong relationships with the client’s in‑house security leadership to understand business requirements and set objectives for improving the quality of service.
  • Lead project and change management, adapting products and processes to the needs of the business.
  • Ensure quality assurance and refinement of analytical product suites that are timely, credible, and provide actionable insight to client stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with security verticals and managers to ensure effective liaison, communication, and operational alignment.
  • Work with the client team to optimise processes and SOPs for delivering emergency notifications and assessments to internal customers.
  • Maintain a good understanding of tools and platforms, ensuring the team utilises these to full capacity. Conduct market research and analysis of tools and platforms.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and off‑boarding of all Sibylline embedded analysts in coordination with client teams.
  • Conduct routine approvals as the line manager or 2‑up for all Sibylline embeds on the account, while setting clear expectations for each individual on the account.
  • Respond to any training and development needs of the analysts, working with Sibylline’s in‑house team to pull resources as necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for continual improvement in Sibylline’s delivery of premium staffing quality and client service, including responsiveness to new business requests.
  • Assist with the sharing of information and expertise across the global Sibylline network.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong understanding of the consulting sector, particularly related to account development or program management in corporate security, investigations, intelligence, and/or risk management.
  • Commercially astute, pro‑active, self‑confident, and willing to take responsibility for unfamiliar problems and challenges.
  • Ability to prioritise, organise, delegate, and follow up on tasks, with a focus on strategic intelligence, monitoring of trends, and horizon scanning.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, with a strong intuition for client care and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly forge positive relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing others.
  • Organised, methodical, and detail‑oriented in all aspects of work.
  • Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality, managing sensitive client and employee issues.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise work.
  • High level of competency with MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
