Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an undergraduate to join our Email Marketing Team based at our corporate headquarters. This will be a 9-month placement beginning September 2025.

The Email marketing team is responsible for the design, execution and on-going management of email marketing campaigns via our email marketing platform. This role works within the global email marketing team with close interaction with SEO, social, content and wider marketing team.

The Email Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the eCRM Manager deliver improvement and maintenance of the existing customer email program. The Executive will own the content calendar alongside other email marketing executives to ensure regular marketing content is delivered to our customers. This will involve arranging for translation of materials with our external translation agency. The role will primarily support the EMEA and APAC regional marketing managers with delivering messaging based on business objectives. The Email marketing executive will support the eCRM manager in maintenance and improvement to the automated and transactional messaging.

Responsibilities

• Email Existing Customer Program - Build and execute email campaigns to our customer base. Supporting EMEA and APAC regions
• Collaborate with regional/local teams to provide translated versions of the email campaigns
• Align with other Email Marketing Executive to ensure existing customer program is delivered on time to the highest possible accuracy
• Arrange for translation of email and marketing content as required via our translation agency
• Support with Adhoc and Service messaging for local and global teams as required
• Support eCRM manager with improvements and maintenance of automated campaigns and transactional messaging
• Manage external review tracking and response for the likes of TrustPilot and StarEvaluator

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• GCSE English and Mathematics
• Working towards Marketing degree or other qualification
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Team player
• Ability to manage work schedules to strict deadlines and excellent accuracy
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of content management tools - desired

This is a hybrid role with expectation of working in our Kidlington office at least 2 days per week.
