The Dash Group is seeking an Email Marketing Executive to own email marketing across The Dash Group's B2B and B2C brands, planning campaigns, writing copy, and building automated journeys to drive repeat purchases and revenue growth.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will run the email channel day to day, collaborate with design and paid media teams, optimise subject lines, segments and flows, and ensure compliance with GDPR/PECR while maintaining high-performance campaigns.
You will own email marketing across The Dash Group's B2B and B2C brands, managing the customer journey from the moment someone signs up or enquires, through to their first purchase and every one after. Your focus is driving repeat purchase, customer retention and engagement, and with them revenue growth.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will run the email channel day to day, from planning and writing campaigns to building and improving automated customer journeys, and working with the paid media team to generate new leads. Email is one of the Group's highest-returning channels, so you'll keep it running at a high standard from early on, then continually test, learn and optimise to grow it.
Plan and deliver the email marketing calendar across multiple B2B and B2C brands, including campaigns, promotions, product launches, and seasonal activity.
Identify opportunities to grow email revenue through segmentation, personalisation and new automated journeys.
Write, build and send weekly email campaigns, with strong subject lines and on-brand copy that gets customers to act.
Collaborate with brand, design and performance marketing teams to ensure email activity supports wider commercial objectives.
Build, manage and optimise behavioural automations, including welcome, browse and basket abandonment, post-purchase and win-back flows.
Create and manage email templates, sign-up forms and pop-ups, keeping them on-brand and built to convert.
Grow and maintain a healthy, engaged subscriber list through segmentation and regular list hygiene.
Work closely with the paid media team on lead generation, from input on lead magnets and offers through to the nurture flows that turn new leads into customers, and report on lead quality and conversion.
Monitor performance, make data-led decisions and implement continuous improvements through A/B testing of subject lines, content, offers and send times.
Track campaign and automation performance using the email platform, GA4 and website data, taking a holistic view of how email contributes to overall results.
Produce meaningful performance reports and insights for the Marketing Manager and key stakeholders.
Use data to inform future email strategy, content and investment decisions.
Ensure all email activity complies with GDPR and PECR, including consent and unsubscribe management.
Proven experience owning email marketing end to end, from planning, copywriting and automations through to lead generation and reporting.
A track record of delivering measurable results through email marketing.
Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands and audiences.
Commercially minded and analytical, using performance data to make decisions and improve results.
Highly organised, with the ability to run several brands' email schedules at once and hit every send date.
A clear communicator who works well with people across the marketing team and the wider business.
Email revenue growth against agreed targets.
Increased repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
Stronger open, click and conversion rates across campaigns and automations.
A growing, engaged subscriber list.
