Job summary

TWC Home Improvements is seeking experienced self-employed window and door fitters to join our installation team in Swindon and surrounding counties. You will collect materials from the Swindon depot and travel to customer properties across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire to install premium uPVC and aluminium products with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have proven fitting experience, a full UK driving licence, and a commitment to high workmanship

Qualifications

• Previous experience fitting uPVC and aluminium windows and doors.
• A keen eye for detail and high standards of workmanship.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• FENSA experience or registration would be preferred but isn’t essential.

Responsibilities

• Install a range of premium uPVC and aluminium windows and doors across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.
• Collect materials from Swindon depot and deliver installations at customer properties.
• Ensure every installation reflects high craftsmanship and finishes to a superior standard.
• Provide reliable, hassle-free service and maintain strong customer relationships.
