Job summary
Sinclair Group in Swansea invites a Qualified Vehicle Technician to join our family-owned business, delivering safe, reliable vehicles and excellent client service. You’ll service, repair, diagnose, and fault-find to manufacturer and MOT standards, while keeping meticulous records and ensuring quality and safety.
Previous mentoring experience is desirable; knowledge of EVs is a plus. We offer extensive benefits and training.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Repair or equivalent.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Excellent communication to explain technical information.
- Commitment to ongoing training and development.
- Ability to perform road tests and quality checks after repairs.
Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, repairs, diagnostics and fault-finding to manufacturer and MOT standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Deliver high levels of quality and safety and exceptional client experience.
- Mentoring junior technicians is desirable.
