• Experience delivering personalised operational or individual support services within elite sport or high-performance environments.
• Proven ability to own operational activity and coordinate delivery across stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organisation and detail-oriented approach with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Take operational ownership of home and away fixtures, travel, training and team logistics.
• Coordinate transport, accommodation and match-day requirements, ensuring safety and standards.
• Onboard players, relocation, administration, compliance and lifestyle support.
• Collaborate with club departments to support safeguarding, records and welfare.
