Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Sous Chef to join the Training Ground Facilities team, supporting the Senior Sous Chef in delivering nutritionally focused meals for First Team and Academy players, coaching staff, and Club employees.

You will work in an elite sporting environment, ensuring food quality, nutrition accuracy, and adherence to HACCP and allergen controls while supervising breakfast chefs and kitchen assistants.

Formación

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery.
• Level 2/3 Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Excellent food safety and allergen knowledge.
• Strong nutrition awareness for athlete-focused menus.
• Experience managing or supervising kitchen teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Senior Sous Chef in delivering nutritionally focused meals for elite athletes.
• Assist with breakfast, lunch, post-training meals and dinner service as required.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Work with nutritionists and performance staff to meet dietary guidelines.
• Help with menu planning, stock control, and supplier management.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to uphold HACCP standards.
