Capita's Selborne project in the UK seeks an experienced trainer to deliver classroom and hands‑on training across WOME, Helicopter Handling and QA disciplines. You will teach, assess and support learners in varied environments across the Royal Navy training program.
The role requires a Level 3 CET or equivalent, with prior military aviation experience and security clearance eligibility. Training is conducted at multiple UK sites with on‑site facilities and resources provided.
Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster
We're looking for someone passionate to join our training team, delivering a mix of classroom-based and hands‑on practical training across Weapons, Ordnance, Munitions and Explosives (WOME), Helicopter Handling and Quality Assurance disciplines. This is a varied role where no two days are the same - from teaching in modern learning environments and aircraft hangars to supporting practical training exercises at operational sites across the UK. Full-time role - 37.5 hours a week

Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
