Job summary

Ward Security in Croydon is seeking an Elite Contract Support Officer to deliver high‑quality security and customer service. You will manage access points, respond to incidents, and maintain professional presentation while working across Croydon and Reigate.

The role requires a frontline SIA licence, a UK driving licence, and at least one year as a Corporate Security Officer. The package includes pension, life assurance, discounted benefits, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• SIA frontline licence is required.
• UK manual driving licence is required.
• Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as a Corporate Security Officer.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Exemplary standards of personal presentation.
• IT literate with ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.
• Must be available 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact and information centre for staff, visitors, and tenants.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Control access points, allowing or denying entry to visitors.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter threats to client property and assets.
• Investigate incidents and take appropriate lawful action.
• Complete daily reports with detailed information, observations, and surveillance footage.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills across all platforms, including verbal, written, and via security radios.
