Job summary

Hill McGlynn Recruitment is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team based out of Waterloo Head Office, with projects across the UK.

You will manage financial and contractual aspects from inception to final account, handle valuations, variations, budgets, and forecasts, and travel to nationwide project sites to ensure cost control and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working for a main contractor (essential).
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Experience across multiple project types.

Responsibilities
