Responsibilities

• Serves as the client’s primary point of contact after trip confirmation, managing communications related to trip logistics and in-flight experience.
• Builds trusted relationships with clients and executive assistants through professional communication.
• Introduces XO products, platform, service modules, and support team to new clients.
• Maintains accurate client profiles with preferences and history for personalized service.
• Monitors active trips and coordinates with internal teams and third-party operators for seamless execution.
• Escalates service issues to leadership as needed and maintains ownership through resolution.
• Collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Billing to ensure continuity through the journey.
• Represents the XO brand with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
• Coordinates ancillary services (catering, transport, special accommodations) to meet client expectations.
• Works across internal systems to manage trips accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains poise and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
• Performs other duties to support department success.
