Job summary

JD Gyms in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated member experience coach. The role focuses on engaging with members on the gym floor, leading group exercise classes and delivering comprehensive inductions to ensure a world-class experience.

You will regularly welcome prospective members, conduct tours, support joining processes and uphold brand standards while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members on the gym floor to deliver world-class experiences.
• Deliver welcoming tours for prospective members in line with brand standards.
• Deliver engaging group exercise classes.
• Lead member inductions and ensure high standards of safety and compliance.
• Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms.
• Conduct club standards checks and record results accurately.
• Provide ad hoc support to members.
• Maintain club cleanliness to the highest level.
• Maintain brand standards and health and safety compliance.
• Monitor service delivery via feedback.
• Operate safely and legally while at JD Gyms.
• Consider energy and waste management in operations.
• Analyse and present data to support new ideas and initiatives.
