Responsibilities

• Engage with members to ensure a world-class experience on every visit.
• Deliver welcoming member tours in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
• Lead engaging group exercise classes.
• Deliver member inductions.
• Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms.
• Conduct club standards checks and maintain health and safety records.
• Provide ad hoc support to members as required.
• Maintain club cleanliness to the highest standard.
• Uphold brand standards and safety compliance.
• Monitor service delivery through feedback and performance metrics.
• Operate in a safe and legal manner at all times.
