Effective communication with Emirates staff and Sodexo teams is essential to address product and service improvements. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to train others, and a proactive approach to guest experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive highest quality service by improving lounge products and communicating feedback to Emirates staff.
• Maintain presentation and quality of food and beverages, ensuring stock and display meet specifications.
• Follow food ratio guidelines as set by Emirates where applicable.
• Maintain hygiene, stock levels, and safety standards per HACCP.
• Train service staff on presentation, display, and food handling practices.
• Ensure cleanliness and correct labeling of all food items; manage stock rotation and dating.
