Sodexo Live! is seeking a Chef to deliver high‑quality food and beverage presentation in the Emirates Lounge environment. You will ensure standards are met, train staff on display, and engage with guests to gather feedback for continuous improvement.

The role requires proven chef experience, strong initiative within a team, and motivation to maintain exceptional service. Competitive hourly pay and a stable schedule are offered as part of an engaging hospitality team.

Mansioni

• Responsible for the presentation of all food and beverage, ensuring quality, quantity are consistently monitored and display is per set specifications.
• Follow Emirates food ratio guidelines; ensure buffet and stock levels are maintained and replenished; monitor hygiene as per HACCP.
• Provide training and guidance to service staff on presentation and display of food.
• Interact with Lounge customers to gain feedback on service and product; communicate findings to Lounge Supervisor/Manager and Emirates/Sodexo staff.

Package Description

£16 per hour

37.2 hours per week

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the presentation of all food and beverage, ensuring quality, quantity are consistently monitored, maintained and display is as per set specification.
• Where possible follow food ratio guidelines set out by Emirates are followed.Ensure buffet and stock levels of all food and beverage items are properly maintained and replenished regularly as required and in accordance with food and safety standards. Control and monitor hygiene standards as per HACCAP.
• Provide training and guidance to service staff on the presentation and display of food
• Interact with Lounge customers to gain feedback on service and product. Communicate finding to Lounge Supervisor / Lounge Manager / Emirates staff in a timely manner. Liaise with Sodexo and Emirates Lounge team for any irregularities and other important information that impact the lounge operations. Communicate product, service and customer issues to Sodexo and Emirates staff, so that corrective action can be taken in a timely manner.
