Job summary

Sodexo Live! London Stansted Airport is seeking a kitchen/lounge professional to manage the presentation and quality of food and beverages. You will maintain stock levels, ensure hygiene standards, and train staff to uphold brand standards in a fast-paced lounge environment.

The role requires chef experience, strong motivation, and the ability to work autonomously within a team to deliver memorable guest experiences while collaborating with Emirates and Sodexo teams.

• Present and control quality and display of food and beverages
• Maintain buffet stocks and hygiene per HACCP

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the presentation of all food and beverage, ensuring quality, quantity are consistently monitored, maintained and display is as per set specification.
• Where possible follow food ratio guidelines set out by Emirates are followed.Ensure buffet and stock levels of all food and beverage items are properly maintained and replenished regularly as required and in accordance with food and safety standards. Control and monitor hygiene standards as per HACCAP.
• Provide training and guidance to service staff on the presentation and display of food
• Interact with Lounge customers to gain feedback on service and product. Communicate finding to Lounge Supervisor / Lounge Manager / Emirates staff in a timely manner. Liaise with Sodexo and Emirates Lounge team for any irregularities and other important information that impact the lounge operations. Communicate product, service and customer issues to Sodexo and Emirates staff, so that corrective action can be taken in a timely manner.
