Job summary

Trump Hotels is seeking a Group Sales & Events Administrator to support the Group Sales & Events Team with group, event and off-site function business for the Resort. You will prepare detailed documentation, balance reservations and ensure quality assurance across bookings, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

The role involves preparing proposals, contracts and stationery, assisting with site inspections, and coordinating events and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Computer skills including Word, Excel and Gmail.
• Experience with property management systems (Micros, Fidelio, Opera).
• Strong numerical, analytical and statistical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in event sales and planning; time management and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Quality assurance: balance group reservation blocks and rate codes.
• Prepare group sales proposals and contracts using templates.
• Produce stationery for events including menus and place cards.
• Assist site inspections, pre-event meetings and trade shows.
• Coordinate onsite leisure activities and external supplier needs.
• Generate daily invoice details and secure payments within timelines.
• Maintain high attention to detail in all tasks and systems.
• Maintain a professional, positive appearance and lead by example.
