Job summary

Selfridges is seeking an Event Co-ordinator to support a programme of exclusive events, experiences and communications for elite customers. You will work with the central events team on multiple projects, coordinating stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-standard experiences.

You’ll manage timelines, budgets and communications, ensuring events comply with health and safety, security and GDPR. A proactive communicator with a collaborative spirit will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in events including production and communications (preferably luxury retail).
• Ability to network and build internal and external relationships across functions.
• Strong written and presentation skills; excellent planning and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Event Manager to curate, develop & deliver events and experiences.
• Coordinate budgets, track PO's and invoices, and assist with reconciliations.
• Brief communications for newsletters and collateral, and prepare project packs.
• Maintain relationships with partners, suppliers and internal teams.
• Assist on live events including setup, hosting and production facets.
• Communicate across VIP and Personal Shopping teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure events meet health & safety, security, GDPR and data standards.
