Job summary

Talkdesk is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for the UK&I region based in London. You will drive pipeline across SDRs, channel partners, marketing, and self-generation, targeting 1000+ employee segments.

You will close high-value, multi-year contracts and engage with C-suite leaders to demonstrate Talkdesk solutions. We seek a motivated hunter who can build strong internal relationships, manage complex sales cycles, and forecast accurately for leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate self-sourced opportunities and large deals.
• Experience selling to C-suite, senior management and director-level buyers.
• Track record closing 5–7 figure, multi-year contracts.

Responsibilities

• Generate a strong pipeline to ensure extensive coverage and quota achievement.
• Build internal relationships and collaborate with teams to close large deals.
• Manage complex sales cycles, including presenting to C-level executives and negotiating terms.
• Align with GTM plans to own accountability for the region’s targeted prospects and forecast for Leadership.
• Develop partner, channel, and alliance relationships to sell more and exceed quotas.
• Upsell existing customers by introducing new Talkdesk products.
