Job summary

Talkdesk, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive in the United Kingdom to drive net-new logos across strategic accounts. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on 1000+ employee organizations and collaboration with partners.

You will build relationships with C-level executives, present tailored solutions, negotiate terms, and forecast confidently as part of a fast-paced startup environment backed by a global leader in customer experience automation.

Qualifications

• Experience selling software to large enterprise accounts.
• Ability to close complex deals and manage long sales cycles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate a strong pipeline to ensure extensive coverage. Resulting in consistent quota achievement
• Create excellent internal relationships; you cannot close those big deals on your own!
• Manage the complete and complex sales-cycles. Including pipeline generation and often presenting to C-level executives the value of Talkdesk’s solution
• Streamline the contracts phase; Strong proposal, terms and negotiation experience is important
• Align with the Talkdesk sales Go-to-Market plan to develop and own accountability for your region’s targeted prospects. Including delivering accurate forecasting and planning to Leadership
• Build partner, channel, and alliance relationships to to sell more successfully and overachieve your quota
• Be a Talkdesk Evangelist
• Work in collaboration with internal resources to own and grow your new business pipeline
• Work with a base of active customers to upsell new products

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Talkdesk, you will be responsible for pipeline generation across: SDR, Channel Partners, Marketing and Self-generation, targeting entities with 1000+ employees that are aligned to your region.

• Consistent success selling software into Large Corporate and Enterprise accounts
• Experienced closing 5-7 figure multi-year contracts
• Experienced selling to C-suite, senior management and director-level individuals
• Champion builders and trusted advisors
• Ability to command the attention in a room by delivering compelling presentations
• Extensive negotiation and contract development experience
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
